Dunkin'

Did she see us? We are standing here right or is it my imagination? Those are the questions I asked myself as I stood there waiting to place my order. I think drive tru would have been a better experience, but I wouldn't know that since I won't be returning because I wasted time standing there and not being acknowledged and my beverage tasted just like plain coffee not the flavor that I asked for..

When I'm working early I usually don't have time for breakfast. So, since my Dunkin Donuts shop is about 5 blocks from me I go by and get my new favorite fast breakfast. It's those two warm onion bagels stuffed with cream cheese and chives!! Along with those tasty puffs of warm goodness I had a coffee with a shot of espresso in it. Being from Miami I really wanted coffee con leche, which is a great way to start any day. If I could find a Cuban Cafe near me I sure would like to have a cuban breakfast!! Dunkin does it right with those onion bagels stuffed with warm cream cheese and chives, and their coffee with the espresso shot is pretty good - not Coffee con leche, but real good strong coffee just the same! Please go by and try this reasonably price breakfast!

Donuts were terrible, liked they've been soaked on oil for too long. I also asked for sprinkled donuts but the donut was missing the sprinkles. Then there's the feeling of been rushed at the drive through. Almost as if almost asking you to hurry. The kid's voice was pragmatic and semantically rushing you.

Messed up my order a few times. Staff don't seem professional at all. And they are so slow compared to other Dunkins. Afternoon crew is probably the worst of them all. They deserve no stars at all. A few days ago I went through the drive-thru twice. They need to learn how to pay better attention. First I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. Once I receive it and I open the bag, I got a plain cream cheese bagel. When I went back around to the window so they can remake my order, they give me the wrong item again. Seriously terrible....
