ATTN: OWNER This was my 1st time and the last time I visit this kfc I order to go a 3 piece meal and got 2 pieces and no biscuit and I ordered a 2piece meal and got charged for a 3 piece when i got home I looked at receipt a got mad instead of going back I just dont bother. I WOULD BE EMBARRASSE HAVING EMPLOYEE WORKING LIKE THIS .I shouldn't have to check my order if your worker do thier job right

Went there 10 years ago and never went back until now because of poor quality and customer service. Went here because of my wife and the quality has improved, even though the order was wrong and potatoes were tasting like they have been sitting all day. now proof of vaccination to sit down! Will not go back ever again

UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from this young lady by the name of Jasmine... As I walked in, she greeted my family and I with her charming personality, paid my bill, got exactly what I needed. Even though I'm wearing a mask, she recalled/remembered my face from a last year's visit... She offered me gloves, since I'm so delicate. Wow... As well as a FRESH order, as I always ask for during my dine-experience. Employee/Cashier by the name of Jasmine, her memory is like a photogenic computer. This comment goes out to the Franchise's, Mgt. of this place, Corp. Level people, and the rest of the crew during the shift. Thank you for your kindness, and the rest of the crew were all great. By the way, she's NOT ashamed to clean tables, she runs like a Speedy Gonzales 😂, which in the long run, a big savings for this business/establishment. It's like having TWO = JASMINE'S... "It's a team work" She was sweeping, cleaning tables, THROWING TRASH AND SHE'S TAKING ORDERS WITH HER HEADSET. THAT'S WHAT I CALL AN EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH. 🏆🏆🏆 I'll remind the local customers how clean and an outstanding Mgt. was... Floor was spotless, countertop was clean, and the protocol of this pandemic has been followed from A to Z... See you next time... Thank you once again...
