Can't get past a Starbucks without someone in my clan wanting someone kind of drink. This Starbucks is small and has limited seating. There might be seating for 20. I was surprised that I had to wait 15 minutes for one drink.

Too expensive but super nice, so they get 5 stars. Plus they gave my daughter her own little drink to go with mine!

Always on point. I love caramel and the caramel frappuccino was delicious! It was a little slow as the couple in front of me ordered food so the girl had to prep and warm it. But it's just a cool experience so the wait wasn't so bad.

I placed a mobile order for pound cake. I arrived after the app stated that my order was ready. Upon my arrival my order was not ready. I waited for 10 minutes. Then, I had to stop the associate whom was making drinks to ask for my order. She then asked the other associate did she receive my mobile order? She ignored her and preceded to take other people orders. As well as, she started to make drinks. The associate I spoke to about my order checked the mobile order request area and completed my order. Finally, I received my order but it wasn't with Starbucks usual customer service.

The food is good but they have a employee very rude, she is more old and work there morning time. She is very rude, treat us like we’re not paying for food. I work on the mall and everyday is the same thing. My friends said the same thing too.
