Boston Market

I was disappointed. My husband and i were really sick with very bad flu last week so I drove here to pick up dinner bc I was too sick to cook and wanted comfort food. I waited longer than I should have in line to place my order but they had a sudden burst of customers so I didn't mind about that too much. I ordered dinner for 4 so we would have leftovers - and my order was ready quite quickly, so i thought that was good. But when I got home I only had enough pieces of chicken for a 3 person meal and I also was missing my stuffing side order which I REALLY wanted. I was just too sick to go back out and pick up the missing food - so I tried to call the restaurant to see if they would refund my card the difference in cost. I called the store multiple times and no one ever picked up the phone. I should have called the next day or returned to the store but I just didn't feel well enough to bother. The food itself was ok (macaroni and cheese was unnaturally orange and was bland). I doubt I will go back - I understand mistakes can be made but this one was pretty basic -- and even more importantly they should answer the phone in the store when you call!

I don’t normally post comments but I was here today (saturday) around 1 pm and there was just one girl working up front. I originally came through drive through but she kindly asked if I could come inside because she had a lot of customers inside and was by her self. I was shocked at first but went inside. There were 4 customers in front of me and this girl was by her self. I know this sounds like a complaint but it’s not. I’d like to thank all the hard workers working in these difficult situations and thriving. I honestly didn’t have to wait that long for my order to be taken or for my food to be given to me. I was very impressed that she was running the store by her self. If she ever reads this I’d like you to know I’m very thankful for people like you. It’s astonishing to see people being that determinate towards a job. You were working like a tiny ninja. I’ve had fast food jobs so I can’t imagine being so calm by my self with a line of customers. So, thank you for coming to work, being open, and everything all of the staff is doing.

Every time I come here it’s some kind of problem. Either they don’t have the food you want or the service is bad. Today they said welcome. We have a large order and it’s gonna be a few minutes before we can even take yours. They weren’t even busy. I’m not coming back to the store again. Absolute worst Boston market I have ever been too.

STOP SERVING YOUR CUSTOMERS OLD FOOD!!! The rotisserie chicken I received today was hard as a rock. And this is no exaggeration. I couldn't even eat it! As a matter of fact, my last few visits have been awful. And yet, I still continue to give you all my hard earned money. Well - safe to say I'll never return to this location. Despicable service!

I do not normally post comments or reviews just star ratings ...but this location should be avoided! Have been to this location several times in the hopes that it would improve because I enjoy Boston Market (elsewhere) but this location's service and available menu items are sorely lacking. ..Dont bother trying to order the Prime Rib ..ever..because they are always "sold out" this spot does not warrant a visit. Stay Away!!
