Hardee's

The staff did a great job of preparing our order. I absolutely love their onion rings here. They're not those pulverized onions shaped into a ring but actual ringlets of onions deep fried in a delicious batter. My wife asked for her burger to be put in a lettuce wrap which they did and looked like something you would get at a high-end restaurant. We were both impressed with the quality of the lettuce. So green. This is one of the reasons why Hardee's ranks up there in our fast food restaurants stops. Keep up the good work.

Managment and staff need to be fired or retrained. I placed an order at 2 pm. No one came out with the order. I finally went in to see where my order was and they had misplaced it according to management who was more engaged with gossip than customer service. What is customer service coming to in the workplace 🙄😒

First time going to Hardee’s. Never going back. Made an order on the app for pickup and when I got there (45 minutes before close) I was told the grill had been shut off already for the past 20 minutes. There is no cancellation option in the app. They laughed in my face when I asked about a refund. That was last night. On my way there now because I cant understand what’s soo funny.

Interior was nasty. Workers' personal items spread out on multiple tables. Worker(s) smoking what seemed to be the weed just outside the lobby entrance. Menu board not working at all. Customers driving off from drive-thru. Workers loudly arguing about being "left with nothing!" And they got my order wrong. This place was as shameful as they come.

Fairfield Hardees morning cashier has major attitude! Cashier that has challenges walking. Not friendly at all! Shes either very tired or just plain ole rude! This Hardees always run out of butter, ketchup, grits, bacon is half done. Manager pls speak with staff, stick around so you can observe your staff more pls!
