I would not recommend this place unless as a last resort. Gal working the cash register had such a negative attitude like she didn't want to be there, they couldn't get our order correct; we paid for carrots and celery and they handed our bag of food without it. Thankfully we double checked and found the celery and carrots we paid for missing, as well as the marinara sauce missing for the cheese sticks! Once we got back to our place we found that some of the celery was bad! Overall not worth the hassle for what we paid in regards to the customer service, accuracy of the order and quality of the food 👎

My complete order was wrong after they canceled my order for tenders and replaced with boneless wings. No dipping sauce, no sodas and the wrong flavored wings. Mac and cheese bites which were never ordered. Seems they brought out whatever they had left and charged me $78 for food I didn’t order. Terrible place! Terrible service! Called and they were rude and refused to correct the order. If I could score lower than 1, then I definitely would because they don’t deserve to continue operating. Shut this place DOWN!!!

Trying to call & order is a pain via the app so we just drive there. Got there a little after 12 and it wasn't open. No sign on the door, etc. A Door Dash guy was also waiting to pick up an order but after 10 or 15 minutes we just left.
Went back the other day and their system was down was told I had to order online while I was there. We left and went somewhere else.
When they are open we like their wings but this getting to be ridiculous. Hoping they get it together soon..

Best wings in town if you can get them. Service is as bad as it gets. Staff just do not care. Saw the cook walking down the road when he was supposed to be cooking! Get your attitude shield ready for the phone girls.

I ordered an 8pc bone-in (sweet samurai) my chicken was definitely not good. They were spoiled, like they sat out way too long before being cooked. The nice tasting sauce didn’t cover up how bad the actual chicken taste. I couldn’t eat them. Also had funnel cake sticks and someone put SALT on them along with powdered sugar. Gross 😤. Highly dissatisfied.

I ordered for delivery from Wing Zone on a Friday. I ordered the 6 piece wings with the liquid gold sauce with fries and a 10 piece with 5 voodoo dry rub and 5 ranch dry rub with a salad. When I received my order, there was no fries and there was mac and cheese bites and pretzel sticks that I did not order. My 10 piece had 8 wings in them and my salad had no dressing and the bread that comes in the salad was burnt. I called back and was placed on hold for an hour. I called back the next day on Saturday and the guy that answered the phone sounded like he could careless and only told me that he can remake the order or whenever i'm ready to call and tell them what happened and they will remake the order. I called later on back later on and the girl that answered the phone had a tone like she was bothered and said the manager stepped out but she will take down my name and number. I never got a call back.

My food was cold it was old and out of the fridge i have never gotten service like this from your establishment. This was disappointing I often shop with you but this has changed that. Thanks for the cold chicken. Also being Safe Serv Certified we both know that cold food has to travel in a air tight container not a breathable container that is for hot food. As you can see in the picture below there is no sauce in the bottom the are dry.
