Denny's

The longest wait time ever for the place to only have had 7-8 other patrons/families!! When our food finally arrived, the order wasnt fully correct. My toast wasnt even browned, the food was barely room temp instead of fresh and hot and I received fried eggs instead of the cheesy scrambled eggs I had asked for. The customer service wasnt much better. Our server was in a hurry so she ended up leaving a menu on our table until we reminded her to remove it. She did fix the eggs for me however her mannerisms came across as if we was bugging her. Wont be returning to this location!!

Very good service, but it is the worst meal I have been served at a Denis in a long time. Unfortunately, the refried potatoes, the soggy meat, the mashed potatoes shamelessly reheated in the microwave, honestly the best thing about lunch was the drink and the service of the waitress who served me. A shame

Horrible Horrible experience, server took drink order, 15 minutes later after "flirting with a girl" he finally brought our drinks. Assured me there.was "NO BACON" in the Potatoe soup, asked another server and he also said no and asked manager when I took a bite of soup and a big piece of bacon was in there. He said he would check to see then came back out took my soup, offered me something else if I wanted it and walked away when I said no thanks. I am highly allergic to Pork items and thank God I spit it out and didn't get ill, and or need my shots. We also watched several servers walk past our food under heat lamps. My husband asked manager to get our food that was sitting there for at least 12 minutes and he walked away told another server who finally brought our food. The original server never did come back to table but ran the register and rolled silverware. The new server was very nice and apologized for mix up with soup. When I worked food service we knew what ws in our recipes and knew about allergy protocol. Maybe the managers and employees need to know what ingredients are used in the food for the safety of others. Had to chuckle at a sign asking for a 5 star 🌟 google review. Sorry can't do it at this location. Upset 😡 customer.

Would give zero stars, but gave credit just because it is Sunday morning and place is overcrowded . Waited 10 min in line, after, 45 minutes for food, from 3 orders, 2 of them came cold and not right, in third order : in the bottom of coffee cup we saw something yellow and sticky, not sure what it was 🤮 . Paid $45 for a big disappointment. It supposed to be a good day, cause bought my first car, but thanks to Denny's missed appointment in Carmax and my stomach is upset 🤢 . I know there are staffing issues, I never give bad reviews but the little waitress was so tired y'all There we're maybe 4 people working at 12pm. That's when I would close the door and not care what the owner said; because honey as tired as you were they could have been there helping you guys. I can't critique the food but I know he was trying as well. God bless our country hopefully soon things will return to some kind of normalcy. Prayers for these employees.
