Taco Bell

Mexican pizza is back!! Although, I ordered a specific frozen drink with my online order. They handed me a half melted different flavor. I tried to explain "you can't just give me something different! " "The cashier replied I just hand out what they put up here" . I requested a different drink in a larger size to try to equal the price. It was terrible. You would think customer service would dictate at least the OFFER of some sort of a small amenity upgrade. Mexican pizza was good though.

I don't know what has happened to this taco bell in the past two years whether they have a new manager or something but they seem to be completely unable to ever get any of my orders right. The chalupas are cold and taste like pita bread, I ask for things to be added to my tacos and it never gets done but they make sure to upcharge me. I never thought I'd see the day I wrote a review for a fast food place but I do this as a warning to those who may order from here, go the extra miles to another taco bell, it's not worth the headache.

I don't know what's wrong with the employees at this location but they are rude and so annoying. How are you made because you sound dumb and don't make sense? First time was in the drive thru and the lady took 10 mins to take our order. I could tell she spoke another language and I took that into consideration and I didn't complain about that but when she was rude, I had to say something. I respected her and didn't complain and just took my food and left. Second time was when I called to ask them about if they had a certain drink. My brother called and the person on the phone talked so low and when we asked him to repeat himself he caught an attitude. My brother made sure to let the person know how rude he was. If you talked louder we could hear you. Do better with the customer service...

I’m leaving this review after my second poor experience at this location. They entered my order incorrectly and refused to correct it at the window, insisting I wait in the very long line a second time. Prior one of my orders was short three of an item. I submitted a complaint and asked for follow up, but nobody reached out to me. Avoid this location.
