Food was fine, but the girl told us things we ordered we'd need to refund ourselves through the app. 😵‍💫🥴 Say what? She proceeds to say, "yeah, we don't have anything to do with the app." In the end the things she said they didn't have we got... but wow. Then, we waited 10 minutes for our Coke.. When, he opened the window he tried to hand us a Happy Meal instead.

Didn't get anything but an iced hazelnut coffee and it didn't have a hazelnut taste near it. You can smell it but, you couldn't taste it. The color of the drink was dark also. After we left, we noticed it was a small grain of grass(not lettuce) in the coffee. Went back the next day and they made another but this time, it was a good tasting drink without grass and it was the correct color. So I'll give an extra star for the correction.

Never have I had to wait a full hour in a drive thru without any one coming to say it would be a wait wasted so much gas that was beyond ok.. rude customer service manager yelling at me through window to pull up to the next one as if I'm post to know this without anyone once again coming to the window to tell me management at this location truly needs improvement

I'm a little angry at this store. It was the only McDonald's open in the area at the time (1/16/2022). I placed an online mobile CURBSIDE order and parked and waited. I waited for over 20 minutes, for a 4 piece happy meal. My husband had to walk up to the drive thru window to ask what was going on with our order, because we'd been waiting so long, and the doors were locked, only to be told, "oh, we're just not bringing the orders outside. " It was a little rainy, and a little cold, but there was NOTHING anywhere stating that they weren't bringing out curbside orders at all. So instead of informing anyone, they let us sit outside, while my child's food was getting cold. I was absolutely livid at the behavior of the employees at this location. If I could leave a 1 star review, I would.
