Panda Chinese Restaurant

I placed an online order at 6:30 pm and it stated the pick up time was at 7 pm. My husband arrived and show them our order number and they said a few more minutes. 4 people came in and placed their order and received it BEFORE my husband received ours. Now an hour later still no food and another customer is complaining about the same issue! This was our first time trying this establishment, and now our last…HORRIBLE, JUST HORRIBLE!

Disclaimer: I am extremely picky so your experience may be perfectly fine. I usually prefer one restaurant and stick to it as my "safe" food, but we moved 45 mins away from my preferred Chinese restaurant, so I tried to branch out. I ordered sesame chicken and crab Rangoon - usually safe bets! The good: the sesame chicken had tender, mostly white meat. Also received a free veggie spring roll, which was generous and not bad at all 😋 The rice was loaded with grilled meat and onions and very hearty. The bad: these are high prices compared to other Chinese restaurants with a small quantity in exchange. The sauce the sesame chicken was cooked in was...uh, not good at all to me - bitter, when I am used to sweet, and it made me consider if it was spoiled. I had to spit it out and couldn't take another bite. The filling in the Rangoon was average, with very little crab/imitation mixed in the cream cheese and a chewy outside. They come in the triangle shape instead of the wontons pictured on Door Dash. I do regret placing my order (due to the price especially) and won't visit again, but the tang of their sesame chicken may be just what others are looking for - but not me. I had better luck at Red Bowl! 😬

Terrible service and Inefficient 2-4-22. Ordered online with a pickup time of 7pm. Went in showed the cashier a screenshot of my order and was advised it would be a few more minutes. Forward 30 mins later I still had not received food while people were walking in placing in person orders and receiving their food. The explanation is food not started and they would cancel order. Never received food after over an hour of waiting. If you value time would not deal with establishment. I was my first and last time.

This food here is aesthetically pleasing. It literally looks so good and actually is cooked just right meaning not overcooked or undercooked but it has NO FLAVOR at all! It’s so weird!!!! I’ve eaten here 3 times now and every time is more disappointing than the last. Looks great but if you close your eyes and eat it’s really like you’re putting on lbs for absolutely no reason.the boneless spare ribs and the pork fried rice taste the exact same bland no seasoning at all
