Cicis Pizza

Last time we went they were only offering very odd pizza combinations, my children just wanted cheese pizza and there wasn't one put out the entire duration of our visit. I actually didnt see one pizza made at all while we were there. I would have ordered a cheese pizza for the kids but when I went up to the buffet no one was in the area, I'm assuming the employees were in the back room, so we just settled for the subpar pizza they had sitting out since we had already paid. It was dry and you could tell it had been sitting out for a while.

Just got kicked out because I brought in a bottle of Coke that I had with me. Didn't matter to the manager that I purchased a buffet along with the mentally challenged client that I had with me. The manager found it appropriate to embarrass me in front of everyone that was in the store at this time. Hate to say this because it's one of my clients favorite places to eat but we will never be returning here again. My clients act with more professionalism than the manager.

The most courteous people making better pizza. I went today to have pizza as my dinner, the staff was very polite and serving fresh pizza right from the owens. I asked them if they have all beef pizza in any of the pizzas displayed, she told me they doesn't have but after 10 minutes she brought fresh beef pizza only for me right to my table. I am touched by their gesture by miles.. Also they had great cinnamon buns, i loved them and ate 3 of them on full stomach. Great service guys..

DO NOT GO THERE BETWEEN LUNCH & DINNER RUSH! Staff spends more time restocking and and no attention to food that is available for customers to eat. It has been been under heating lamps and is dried. I was the only customer at one point and no one asked if I wanted any other fresher pizza. If you are going to tend to your customers, DON'T TAKE THEIR MONEY!
