Food was fresh and very good and tasty. The clerk even asked if I wanted to wait for some steak coming off the grill. She had some but it appeared to be dry. Just a short wait. . Lobby was neat and clean. Tables sanitized each time customers left. Steady flow of customers but not crowded. I will return. I ate the steak bowl with chips and a lemonade drink.

The hospitality was ok. Not what I'm used to when I visit them. My steak bowl had very little brown rice in it. Normally I can't eat but half of it but since he was so light with the rice and other ingredients I finished it all in 1 sitting. Me and my husband always get extra steak but really didn't see that in either bowl. The bar was pretty empty of all the ingredients and the attendant kept having to walk off to get more. Checkout process was different too. They didn't ask if our orders were together, if we needed anything else or nothing. They just gave us our total. No greeting upon entering and no thanking us upon leaving. Tables were not touched between customers so just about everyone one of them was nasty. Not in my top 5 Chipotle stores. Doubt we will be back.

I am so, so upset. Going out to eat and spending money at a business should be an enjoyable and worth your time and money. I specifically found a Chipotle while traveling because my son who I’m currently breastfeeding has food allergies and I know I can order safe food here. The server fixing my food had the WORST CUSTOMER service I’ve ever received. First of all, he just looked at me like I was stupid because I was on my phone. Well , I was looking at the allergen menu online. Then I asked if there was vegetable oil in the rice. He looked at me again like something was wrong with me. I said “vegetable oil?” I had to say it twice? He finally said yes. Trying to ask about the meat was a whole other ordeal. It was terrible. He acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to ask the manager. I said “I’m sorry.” He literally leaned back and talked to the girl at the cash register and asked the manager. Wow. After all of that, she was right there anyways. The whole experience was painful. All I wanted was to order food safe to eat so that I can feed my son without hurting him. That guy doesn’t deserve to work in food service. It literally made me lose my appetite.

These workers are amazing! Especially the woman handling all of the to go and online orders. She was so positive slinging burritos regardless of the insane amount of orders! So impressed. Also yes the food was incredible as always!

This was my first trip. A little more customer service would be appreciated. I know it was busy but i asked for my receipt, it was thrown into my bag. Overall, by the time I got home 5 minutes later my food was very cold. The chips were stale. So, first trip was a bomb. Moes was better and cheaper.

The worst customer service ever! The server or guy fixing the food just threw everything in the container with small portions. The chicken or steak didn’t look cooked! The cook was burning the chicken on the grill, the cashier year was out in the lobby talking with another worker for an entire two minutes before he came to ring me up. The server was the worse part, had no attitude, didn’t speak, threw things into the container, rushed the whole process as if it was a line full of people and it was only one other person behind me. I would never come here again.

I arrived to pick up my order I told them my name was Adam they tried to hand me four bags to find the right one. They looked at me like I was speaking Chinese. When I got my chicken burrito it wasn’t even fully wrapped in foil. The chicken was so overcooked and hard it was almost inedible. It’s like I keep saying , if you don’t care about the food or the ingredients you can’t make good food.

This place said they don't sell plant based chorizo anymore Chipotle wide. Full stop. Turns out that wasn't true as of right now. Just say you're out of it, its less words.
Edit after I got it. I got the chorizo. It was cold. It was like I got leftovers without microwaving it. The sour cream wasn't solid any longer. I thought it was the queso they said they were replacing cheese with because they were out. I've never been to a Chipotle this bad.
