Jersey Mike's Subs

I was in from Springfield, where our local Jersey Mike's is an excellent gluten free option, so I popped an online order in on our way out of town and when I went to pick up the shop was a wreck of cross contamination. The paper used to roll the sandwiches was the "gluten free surface" and therefore was rolled around the sandwich, gross chopping board debris and all. They didn't use the separate allergy bins like in Springfield and the whole work surface was full of crumbs and the bins had food from other bins mixed into them. When I requested a refund, the individual who made my sandwich was openly frustrated for my high maintenance behavior and then they threw away the sandwich in front of me in a rude manner. Overall, if you are someone who has allergies, I recommend steering clear.

Me and my husband went to jersey Mike's today around 230 and there were a bunch of college kids being rude and difficult but the employees stayed very professional and kind the whole time. I appreciate their customer service. I know they have to be frustrated by the crowd and those kids but they handled it very well. Also the food is always good and the restaurant is always clean. 10/10 do recommend going here.

We were passing through town and we decided to stop! We got subs for 5 and they greeted us awesomely help us order we’re very polite from ordering to paying!!! Everything was great it was our first time their and if I’m passing through again I will be stopping! Bread was soft vegetables were fresh and food was amazing!!!
