Starbucks

The staff was pleasant, but that's the only positive I have. There was one person in front of me when I ordered 3 iced drinks. I counted 7 employees, two were dedicated to the drive through. It took us 28 minutes to get our drinks. There were boxes everywhere, and were there four days prior when I had an online order. the floors were extremely dirty, the music was a bit to loud, and one of my drinks was awful. I just threw it away.

The major coffee house we all know. This place is good. No complaints. As u may know, I give all business a 4 star just for their existence and effort to provide and service in whichever way or form. But I will speak up if a place is terrible. Got their FREE TEA here. Wait time was a little, but understandable for FREE!

Night shift is very rude 3 people gain up on me for just saying for extra pumps of vanilla I order the drink everyday and also spend my money on other things and it not right to treat a hey every day customer the way on top of it all I left the problem alone but the 2 girls n 1 guy kept pick and think whatever bout me n the was wrong from the time I walked in the door from the time I worked out n it’s sad because I’m a every day customer n spend good money everyday $30 maybe the is $40 something almost $50 it’s just said n mad me so made just they try to make it seem like it was me n wasn’t I was just ordering my daily drink n the cashier tell what can do to my drink on god n the other works whos me real come into Starbucks never been problem person but tonight my said n whispering to each other ears and more So I asked for my refund back because I was treated

I am giving 5stars for the clerk Cole. She was super sweet and very customer service friendly. I placed a mobile order online and one of my drinks was totally incorrect. I called via phone and an employee named Rachel answered. Rachel was very rude, stating there was very slim chance the mobile order was incorrect. I explained it was indeed incorrect and that I have the mobile order pulled up and was checking it against the sticker on the side of the cup. She wasn't clearly trying to hear and I explained I will drive back there to prove it. She made me feel like I was mistaken and they don't make mistakes. After getting there and speaking with Cole who took very great care of me might I add, and also agreed the order was messed up, made me feel so at ease. Rachel had me so irate that I had to drive back up there to prove it and I literally was seeing red I was upset. Thanks to Cole, and her excellent customer service 👏, I was able to get drink I wanted and go on to having a great day. Cole really deserves an employee of the month or a bonus. I appreciate her to the fullest. There are still sweet employees out there.
