The service was good, even though we got there at rush hour (noon). The food was good. I was disappointed that there was no buffet. I'm sure covid is to blame, at least, the "pandemic" scare. I will enjoy KFC again.🙂🦅

To expensive for a 4 piece meal..and some sides are a extra cost...they eliminated one side with your order .now you only get one side..and the buffet is closed and the employees don't know when it's going to re-ppen.

I have been going to this KFC for years. Honestly this location has had its up’s and downs. But the last few times I’ve eaten here it has been honestly some of the worst service I have ever had. First the drive through employee was rude and disrespectful every time, the food was not fresh, and they got my order wrong. Also, who the hell decided that we as customers did not like corn on the cob or baked beans. Obviously KFC decided that for us. Plus they won’t let you substitute a side for a drink anymore. Honestly since the pandemic started this company has decided that customer service is not important and is really going downhill. I will not return to this location after 30 plus years of going here. Hire better employees, look out for the customer and serve quality food, is that too much to ask.
