Papa John's Pizza

This restaurant has come a long way. I completed one of their online surverys one time when we weren't happy with our order. A corporate customer serrvice rep contacted me within a week, and offered a coupon for a free pizza of my choice. We are fortunate to have such a great pizza place so close, and so affordable. I find the drivers to always be courteous and professional. The pizza reaches quickly, and is always hot and delicious. I highly recommend that even if you are out of their delivery area, then picking it up at the store is well worth the trip. I highly recommend this store/location.

The pizza was really good. However, their customer service was even better. I didn’t update my app and still had an address for our hotel stay when first visiting this area. The manager and delivery driver were great - they delivered the pizza to where we live even though it wasn’t in their normal service area. It was above and beyond. They are proof that solid customer service hasn’t completely disappeared.

For some reason, they put the toppings of my “the works” pizza under the cheese this time, which basically makes the pizza impossible to eat because the toppings and the cheese slide right off of the crust. I don’t know if this is some kind of sick joke or what. I’ve ordered the works before and the toppings where on top of the pizza so I don’t know why it was a prepared this way. It was also not cut evenly so there where tiny pieces and huge pieces. This is the first time I’ve ordered in a while cause last time they messed up my order and charged me extra for toppings that they didn’t even put on my pizza. First world problems, I know, but still it’s annoying as heck to spend your money on something and it consistently not meet the standard.

Clarksville papa johns...wow. I called to speak with a manager. They said they were the manager. I said we ordered an extra large pizza but the driver only delivered breadsticks, hot Pepsi and cookie. He said "We already know. We've been waiting for him to come back so he can deliver it, Ok." Then hung up on me. He didn't apologize or offer a credit toward a future order. Just hung up on me. And if you're thinking he hung up because I was rude to him, you're wrong. I was very polite and willing to accept that they made a mistake...but instead the lack of respectful service has forced me to provide a detailed review of this epic fail. Also..if you already knew there was a mistake, why didn't you call us in advance?! Why did we have to call you? We want a refund for delivery fee and tip..Train your managers!

My daughter asked me to order Luigis and I wanted papa johns. Wont do that ever again. I ordered 3 $6 picks online to pick up. On my way to the store, my daughter asked me to add an order of bread sticks and a bottled water. I called and added to the order at which time the woman on the phone said the total was over $40. When I asked why, she quoted me $6.29 for breadsticks and $2.29 for the water. When I told her again my original order was only 23 dollars she quoted me the above costs again so I said dont worry I'll figure it out when I get there. I arrive and inquire where I am FINALLY told that when I added to the order, it took off the web discounts. I said let's just canacel the order at which time she said no she would just remove the bread sticks and water. Enter Leonard. He comes up to the register and I explain I dont want to pay $17 for bread sticks and water. He then reprimands me and tells me to make sure I get it right the first time. I then leave the store angry as all get out. I call back and ask for the store manager at which time Leonard knows it is me and announces he is the store manager and then puts me on hold until he finally decides to pick up and hang up my call. I would like to be contacted back by Kristen Stevenson or any other manager of Leonard. I want to know why on God's green earth this special store manager human cannot just ring me up an order of breadstick s and a water separately? I hope you enjoyed that rude power trip there pizza prince! I cannot believe that you are the store manager and would not even speak to my on the phone. What do you do then?
