Placed an online order at 6:40pm for delivery. Online said 25-35 minute delivery estimate. We didn’t get our order until 8:40pm and it wasn’t even correct. We ordered a large pizza with extra mushrooms which we were charged for and got the below picture of barely any mushrooms. The pizza was barely warm and definitely not worth the money we paid for.

I always am dissatisfied with this store. Never more than a little drizzle of bbq sauce on wings. Sauce is scant on pizza, ( the no cheese is correct), and the breadsticks were dry with a tiny shake of Parmesan cheese. Not to mention I waited an extra fifteen minutes at the drive through pick up. Said it would be ready at 6:15, didn’t have it in my hands until 6:32. The pizza was also not cut properly, I ended up throwing it all away. I then called 3 times to complain and could never could get ahold of anyone. They never answered the calls. I finally called corporate.

Ordered from here last night and this is what I got..my wings looked like someone stepped on them as well as my pasta completely smooshed. I called and whoever answered which I think was a supervisor was rude but explained they could remake it and it’d be there in 45 minutes and it NEVER showed up and when I called back they wouldn’t answer. Go to a different Pizza Hut.

Been to this location twice. Both times were terrible. First time, waited for nearly an hour, ended up walking out. Everyone else there was having some kind of issue as well. Second time, ordered a Brooklyn Pizza, but what I got can only be described by the picture. This location needs to be shut down.

Absolutely do not come here! The pizza was cold upon receiving although the workers put it in the heated oven for carry-out orders. The coworker in the kitchen was NOT wearing gloves and had physical sweat on his forehead. Usually, I will ask any pizza hut I have ordered from for garlic buttery crust on my dinner box pizza. At this location, they made every excuse in the book as to why the could not do it. My cinnamon sticks had absolutely no cinnamon on it so I had to do it myself and heat everything up in my own oven. Absolutely unprofessional service. If i could give it negative stars I would. I will never, ever come back here again!

May as well have bought a "take and bake" pizza from a grocery chain with a $2 bag of cheese. Would have had a better pizza and saved $5 in the process. This is not the PIzza Hut pizza that I grew up with in the 70's and 80's.

Food arrived in a timely manner and as expected but my pizza was smashed and the bread sticks were undercooked. I didn't even attempt to call because by the time they remade it and delivered it would be last my bedtime. I used to work at this location a few years ago and from what I've seen in the reviews it has gone down hill. I don't order pizza hut often as it's not as good anymore from when I was a kid.

I ordered online and sat behind another car in the drive thru for probably 20 minutes. The doors were locked because of staffing and I couldn’t go pick up inside. When I finally got to the window I’m sure the man there could tell I was clearly irritated. But he smiled anyways and asked how I was and discounted my food for my wait and made pleasant and conversation. Driving off I felt guilty for my attitude and didn’t catch his name. I wish I had been nicer because I’m not sure if he even had more than one other person working there with him. I just wanted to leave a post and say thank you and that I’m sorry for my irritations, I’m sure you and whoever else are doing the best you can with what you have and who showed up.
