Burger King

Went there to get two original chicken sandwiches asked for them to be fresh. Got to the window paid and had my order out within seconds. I asked them if it was fresh they said yes. My food was cold so I asked them to make it fresh again in which the drive thru person got a attitude and then I got home to see the food was nasty. I went back and got it remade go to eat it and it tasted funny! I will never go to Burger King on riverside again! I will make that drive to Wilma as they have better customer service and always make my food fresh!

This place isn’t really my favorite fast food restaurant, the food tasted SPOT ON! I ordered Fried and a coke, they got it right. The things I don’t like tho is that the ice machine in the fountain drink thing wasn’t working so they just had to manually get it. And the employees are kind of rude their. The lady that ringed us up was barking orders. (I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what 😂) and at the fork and sauce stand they don’t even have napkins you have to go up to the front and ask them for some. This place hasn’t been open very long and it’s going downhill fast. Get it Together Burger King 🤴 🍔

The Drive Thru was the ONLY thing open 2 days ago at 5p.m. in the afternoon??? We went through the Drive Thru and placed our order. 1st they informed us that 2 of the orders had been discontinued... Ok we placed different orders... Instead of ringing up a 16 piece Chicken nugget meal they rang up a kid meal... I corrected them.... Then they rang up an 8 piece Chicken nugget meal twice.... Ok then they repeated the orders back to me and I tell them to add a large Onion Rings and a Frozen Coke... After at least a 10 minute wait we pull up to the window.... Told them 3 times I wanted to scan my code to get my points on the app. I was ingnored EXCEPT for wanting My money... Then as I'm given what I expected to be My order I'm finally informed that I'm supposed to give my points code at the speaker???? As I pull off I'm told by my passenger that over 1/2 of our order IS NOT THERE!!! So we circle back around and wait ANOTHER 10 minutes at least.... They give us the Chicken Nuggets but BECAUSE WE'D NOT GOTTEN A RECEIPT HANDED TO US OR IN THE BAG AT LEAST WE DON'T GET THE REST OF OUR ORDER! IDK If they had a bad day? Because they've screwed up before.... But nothing like this!!! 🥺😭💔

Manager Kimmie is rude, unprofessional and has no customer service skills whatsoever. I had to ask if he was ready for my order because I heard him talking on the intercom to somebody else in der background for a while before he tended to me. When I got to the window, he had a whole bunch of bags with food in front of him and couldn’t figure out whose order they were. He gave me the wrong bag and just walked away. His staff was great. They figured it out for him, but by the time I got my food it was cold already.
