I had an incident one night at the restaurant that I wasn't very happy with and I got on their website and filled out a survey about it and the very next morning I had received a voicemail from the manager at that location, Samantha, and she was apologizing for the inconvenience and that there would be compensation for the mishap. About a week later I received a gift card from the main office. I was extremely happy with the way this situation was handled. I have never had such a quick and pleasant response to a situation with a restaurant. Thank you Samantha for being a wonderful manager!

Had to leave the last two visits… waiting 25 mins plus without food means there’s no way we’d try again.. I get being short-staffed, But 16 minutes to move one car- then not moving again for 11 minutes? Saw 5 cars leave in that duration…that’s the only time we moved outside of the two orders taken and completed. That’s unreasonable even if you have one employee. Close the inside and handle the cars and orders lined up to the street. As a manager, you’re losing lots of $$$..
