Chick-fil-a

By far the worst chickfila i have ever been to. They consistently mess up orders, do not move efficiently and today i found a long hair on my chicken sandwich. Luckily i saw it before eating it. I've given this particular store numerous chances and it always comes up short. I have never had issues like this with any other store, do better. It should not take 30 minutes to go through a drive through with less than 10 cars in line. Go the extra few miles to a different chickfila.

We used to get Chick-fil-a all the time in California and honestly, it was much better there. I feel like the food quality at this location is worse than my family and I are used to and the fact that they have gotten my order wrong 3 out of 4 times doesn't help. Even the customer service is different. People here just seem more upset to be there than what I'm used to. To me, Chick-fil-a in the south is supposed to be better than in California but so far, it hasn't been the same experience whatsoever. We definitely aren't going as much as we used to and I don't see it increasing in future.

I eat at chic fil a quite a few times out of the month. I always come to the one on Wilma because it’s closest to my house. With any order that includes fries, I always know to order a Large because they are a bit stingy with the fries. And that’s not just my personal opinion, I’ve had friends that worked here and told me that they were made to be stingy and not fill the fries all the way up even when customers order a bigger size. Now knowing this, I of course still eat here and just order a size up because it’s never been so bad just like 3-4 fries that could’ve been added. But this last time I went it was just ridiculous. It was barely full (PICTURES INCLUDED BELOW) it was actually more of like a small size. I promise I didn’t even touch a fry this is exactly how it came. And they weren’t fried right they were soggy and almost inedible because they were just full of salt. It must’ve been a bad day because usually it’s not this bad. I wrote this review to say that I understand if restaurants want to save food and not fill up the sizes all the way, but don’t charge customers extra for a bigger size and still give them a small/medium portion it’s ridiculous. It’s been years of getting my orders like this but this time it was just unacceptable. And it seems like it’s only really at this location because I have tried other chic fil a’s in Clarksville but this one is notorious for shorting the fries.

Both of our Chick-Fil-A locations are normally Always busy, yet worth the trip. The food has always been good and on this date it was the same Great taste! Good service, Great Waffle fries, etc. One suggestion, please ensure that that we get our receipt and that a free Chick-Fil-A sandwich survey is available on the receipt. The Chick-Fil-A survey on the receipt has been limited since the pandemic and we understand, yet it is a Great Perk that loyal consumers like me appreciate.

The staff at this store are always fantastic, but tonight, the young man, Diontae, came out in the pouring rain to bring my food to my car. Despite the weather, he had a big smile on his face and was very cheerful. I am absolutely impressed that in a world where workers are disgruntled and unfriendly, this young man could still be a shining example of great customer service. Great job!

The food as always is great. The low score I am giving is because of the restaurant itself. It is a horrible layout, poorly designed parking lot that doesn't allow proper traffic flow. There was almost zero hustle from the staff manning the drive through. We spent almost an hour in the drive through line to pick up a mobile order. DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIK-FIL-A! EVER
