Frisch's Big Boy

I was in a hurry when I ate this morning at the one in Fairfax I didn’t get the waitress name that served me. But she was good even offered me coffee to go she had pig tails with Cincinnati bangles gear on and she was pretty I don’t stop in offen cause of where I live. But when I’m passing through town I always make a b line to this restaurant food is always good and coffe is hot now a days it’s hard to get good service and when I do I make sure the person know how much I appreciate that although I did catch her name she’s a good one I will be back

GREAT place to be with your family an put the cares of the world on hold!!! Eating an apple pie dripping with ice cream or hot fudge cake with ice cream with your child IS AMAZING! As tensions or worries fade with each bite, your memories and love are all that matters! ❤️ Listening to how your families days went as the friendly waiter brings a refill or the check is all that matters in that moment! The murals at the Mainliner Frisch recall the past with a 57 Chevy and beautiful bright colors depicting old memories of what once was! All the booths are clean and everyone seemed to be happy and focused on their own task! As we checked out my daughter snatched up a handful of the free suckers that have always been in the same place since I was a kid! So many good memories here with family and friends. I do feel sad that a lot of menu favorites have changed but overall the food is decent the desserts are scrumptious and the people are kind and friendly! ❤️Thanks for all my Happy Memories Big Boy!!! 😎

Stella, my Boston Terrier loves the drive-thru lady Loretta and forces me to visit 3X/week. Loretta always makes sure everything is right and in the bag. Seldom have an issue and when we do the guy who manages at night makes it right. He's one of the best customer focused managers you have. He should teach classes in customer service! Customer since 1965!

So,my mom said that she has been coming to this Frischs location,ever since she was a kid. So for the first time,I came here not too long ago & It was such a neat location & the food was good. I used to work under the GM at this restaurant,named Zach. I thought he was a great manager!😁Anyway,Great job Mainliner Frisch's! Keep up the good work!

My family and I recently came to this location and felt compelled to write a review! We were blown away by the service and experience compared to other locations we have been too. I have been coming here since I was a child, however, have not been here in several years-so much has changed in a good way! Our server, Steven H., made us feel comfortable and not rushed. Our children are young and "wild," and he made us feel as if we weren't a burden being there. He interacted with us and had our children and honestly made us feel extremely welcome. We will definitely be back to this location and hope we have the same server!
