Fries could have been warmer.

The service was fast. Food was hot and fresh. My order was large so I expected food to be missing but it wasn't everthing was correct. Great fast food!!!!

10/15/23: Service was great - both drive-thru people polite and nice. Didn't skimp on salads like someone was doing before. Ghost pepper fries were OK, although for the price should have been more than just a small size fry portion - didn't realize they'd be so greasy either

Better than the Colerain location...well...ANY Wendy's location is better than Colerain...which should be bulldozed immediately!

I've been here twice in the last week and both times had great service. Second trip took a couple minutes and the nuggets weren't very fresh but overall fine experience.

Not very busy when I arrived. I liked that there are salads offered as well as the traditional menu. I also appreciate that there are value options. Finally, the soda machine is amazing -- all the choices!

Om goodness this is the 1st time in 20years I had a hot Wendy's hamburger & it was fixed just as I ask for no cheese and the lettuce and tomatoes and onions were and the meat was fresh fresh. Not burnt on the ends. I waited 15minis, Y? Because the person behind the grill was making sure there was no problems with the food it was well worth the wait. 5 Stars to Wendy's on North Bend Rd next door to Kroger. When 1 is patience and respectful to others it helps that person on the other side glad to be a service to the public. I know i worked in hospitality!😉
