Place needs to get faster and friendly welcome upon ordering. Service and maintain the froztee machine in working conditions. 1 out of 4 times the chocolate one is broken per last 3 Wendy's I have tried.

No issues here and it's as you would expect a Wendy's to be. If you've been here before, you know what to order. If not, you gotta try the double spicy chicken. The fries are good when they're fresh. Grab a large chocolate frosty to go. I'd rate their nuggets better than McDonald's and I do like the barbecue sauce better than mcds.

Mrs. Sally was amazing! She was so happy and nice and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed and didn’t seem bothered by us pestering which was so nice considering it was midnight! We just came from the Taylor Swift concert and she was showing us her bracelet and was so excited when we gave her some of ours! She was just so sweet and made our late night experience so much better that we had to write a review!

Mrs. Sally took care of us and we were literally the last people of the night. We still had hot delicious food and definitely recommend this location.

Stopped here with my mother,it's usually one of our stops a couple times each month. This was our first time at this location.
We each ordered a double cheese, I made mine a meal. The food was piping hot, looked and smelled wonderful!
Esther was working the register, and made me feel like it mattered that we were there. Esther was wonderful! She offered help with my mother and made sure we had everything we needed/wanted AND followed up to make sure things were A-ok!! Her kindness and patience were greatly appreciated, and I wanted her to know!! Thank you Esther!!

This is my favorite Wendy's. The managers Sally and Lee are top tier. They always make sure my experience is great. Food always hot and fresh. Service is always friendly and fast. Thanks and keep up the work

After attempting 5 different places locally to get food based on their online hours, which were wrong or being so short staffed they couldn't just tell us their menu was limited after a 20 min wait time, this Wendy's came in clutch at 11pm. Fresh food, decent wait time, decent customer service. We are from out of town and super thankful♡

This Wendy's is always THE BOMB DOT COM!!! always great service, food is actually cared about, and never too long of a wait. The Mt Orab location is one of the best fast food places purely for the great service. Shout out to the night crew and please reward these workers for their hard work!
