I have tried all of the original Cincinnati chili restaurants and this is definitely top 3. The chili is fantastic. The 4 way was delicious. The hot dog for the coney tastes a little weird but it's still good.

Good Cincinnati style Chili and coneys! I have tried quite a few local Cincinnati chili places and this is one of my top 3 (aside from chains). The chili was meaty and flavorful and the cony was well proportioned, yet the bun was a tad dry.
The reason for 4/5 stars is that it is Cash Only and there is charge for everything including extra packet of crackers (20 cents for 1/2oz... really?) The service was fast and friendly, the location is clean and the food was good!

Great food prepared and served by great people. Old world attention to detail and the quality of the products served. Friendly service and great value for the price. Simple menu of classic food. I really enjoyed this small cafe and will definitely return. Don’t miss the coleslaw!
