Fifty West Brewery

We picked up a couple of Fifty West cans from Kroger and they were so tasty we wanted to come and try it on draft. The beers did not disappoint! The location was called The Heritage decades ago and as a child my family dined there many times. Love the old house and the history. So happy they have the Burger Bar across the street as this was their last day to be opened to the public. But we were told they'll still have events here! Thanks to our servers for providing us with great beers and conversation.

First time eating here. We ordered the corn ribs as an appetizer, delicious. We had the soup of the day, Thai based, very flavorful. We also enjoyed the spinach salad. As our main we ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich. It was good but it was all sweet, with little heat. I expected a bigger kick. Overall a good dinner.

Honest review is I was surprised with how good the food was. Don’t get me wrong it’s not that I had heard bad things about the food but I went the first time based on convenience and was expecting average brewery food. I was pleasantly surprised with the yummy food, unique atmosphere and, great staff. I visited for the second time today for brunch and both times had an excellent meal served by a friendly staff. The pastrami pork belly was AMAZING but everything I have had or tried off of someone else’s plate has been excellent. I am a fan of 50 west beer but from now on will visit the brewpub for the food!
