Fred & Gari's

Decided to try this place out for a lazy hotel room lunch while we enjoyed a little staycation. Food was great. The crab salad was exceptional. The variety of sides was nice, and they were all good. We also had a delicious peanut butter chocolate chip cookie. The service was fast a super friendly. We will be back.

I live across the street and finally made an effort to make it over here before the place closes. I usually don’t eat much before like 4pm but I’ll say it was worth it. The guys are pretty cool and the customer service was great, I got a 12” pizza with pepperoni and bacon and it was delicious. Definitely will be back if I can ever drag myself over there before 1:30pm lol

I ordered Pies for Thanksgiving. They are a Must in our Family and as always they were Fantastic!!!. When I went to pick up my pies I ordered a Pizza and Greek pasta salad. I have never had pizza like their's it's always fresh and full of the topping you choose and the sauce is crazy delicious. The Pasta salad is the Best. Thanks again for making our Family Thanksgiving Beautiful and Delicious. Love you guys, your the best.

This was my first visit to Fred and Gari's. I have been working downtown for a few months and this was my first trip there for lunch. unfortunately for them I'll become a regular so hopefully they don't get tired of seeing me. Being my first time (as they say "virgin visit") I was given a inhouse made cookie and it was delicious. For lunch I ordered a Pork Tenderloin sandwich with the Greek Salad and cole slaw. Absolutely fantastic food. This place also won't break the bank like most downtown lunches. The customer service was incredible and the guys loved to joke and have fun. You can tell they truly enjoy what they are doing.

Ordered a Reuben and hands down one of the best I have ever tasted. Solely the reason for the 5 star review. Service was pretty good. Definitely down to earth people who are doing what they love. I have seen other review noting rude service and I think its stems from a lack of formalism/understanding rather than simply acting rude. There was one side messed up in my order, but it was delicious and I bet everything else on the menu is as well. Definitely hope to visit again to try something else on the menu, if I can resist the temptation of that Reuben....

My boyfriend and I took a day off of work so we could try Fred & Gari's. We were not disappointed. We ordered a pizza with pepperoni and green pepper. It takes about 15 minutes so we stood around and waited. While we waited, we ate the free cookies we got for being first-time customers. We also listened to Fred and Gari - their banter with each other and their customers was entertaining. Once our pizza was ready, we left since there's no seating available there. We walked to Fountain Square and ate our pizza, which was still super hot. The pizza, once cool enough to eat, did not disappoint - the crust was done perfectly, the cheese was extra cheesy, and the sauce had a nice kick to it. The only complaint I could possibly have about this place are the extremely limited hours - I would like to try more on their menu, but that'll have to wait until I have another weekday off.

First time visit today, heard great things about it and they didn't disappoint. Service was friendly and courteous, you can tell everyone enjoyed working there. I was asked if it was my first time, and then was labeled a "virgin" and given a free cookie! My hot Italian sub was good and the Greek pasta salad was very fresh and tasty. Can't beat the price, will be back.
