Food is always delicious! But man, the wait is long. Even when ordering online during lunch Minimum wait is 45 mins up to 2 hours! For a sandwich. Customer service could use some help.

Bought a sandwich to donate for pediatric cancer. The only draw back the girl working the register also put our sandwiches in the bag with the same gloves on she rang up on the register for our food. An instant no no for my girlfriend. I ate the sandwich anyway.

I used to go to this location a lot when I worked at Krogers I was never disappointed I always got the best service back then. So Saturday I decided I wanted to buy me a chipotle chicken cheese hot sub they were only taking online orders because they were short on staff That was fine with me so i made a guest account and ordered my food they give you a time to pick it up and when I arrived my food was sitting on the pick up table hot and ready. Even though it was the two young ladies in there they still gave me a nice fresh sandwich thank you so much this location never disappoints me..sadly today I tried a different jersey mikes and let’s just say never again will I buy food from that location I will be sticking to finneytown!!!! WHERE MY FOOD IS FRESH!!!!!!

Cancro Special is not on the menu, but with pepperoni, salami, roast beef, and provolone it is still the best! (Served Mike's Way, although I sometimes skip the onions.) Maybe when Subway bites the dust due to low quality and false advertising claims Jersey Mike's will become more plentiful. The quality of freshly sliced meat and cheese compared to Subways little rotting scrapes in wet waxed paper is incomparable.

These guys make the best subs. I'm from Jersey and these are what I had (oil and vinegar not mayo) back then. The staff are super friendly and get your sub completed quickly.

Love coming HERE! Turkey and everything that goes on the sandwich is fresh and made to order. Fast friendly service, not to mention they have a sandwich rewards program. Only prob it seems like u have to buy almost 25 sandwiches just to get a lil small 1 for free. Still good however rewards or NOT. I'll keep buying LOL, just keep keeping it Fresh!👍
