Wahlburgers

My husband, 21 month old daughter, and I dropped by Wahlburgers for dinner after a fun day at Cincinnati Union Terminal. We had never been to a Wahlburgers and my first impression was very positive. The environment is welcoming and open with friendly attentive staff. I tried The Southie, a wonderful Jack Daniel's "Wahlcoction". I highly recommend it, just be sure to stir and mix it before drinking. The food was on par woth any other burger joint. The burgers were juicy and delicious. I had The Our Burger with thin crispy onions straws. It was a simple, classic, delicious meal. My husband had the BBQ Bacon Burger and he said it was okay, nothing too impressive. We both tried the Spinach and Parmesan Wahlbites. Lightly breaded and deep fried parmesan and Spinach, basically. It was good and different! The let down: the Mac and cheese. My husband described the cheese as "middle-school cafeteria cheese". I tried it as well and it wasn't very good. It tasted like bland, plastic cheese basically. Overall, it was a good experience and I recommend going if you've never been!

Saturday almost 1 pm. Must have been understaffed as tables slow to be bussed, and had to wait and throughout some tables unused. One hour wait to seat and get foodwhich about 40 minutes was cook time?! And no ice cream/shakes something about no ice cream that day?! Burger meat was not frozen preformed and thicker probably 1/3 pound Nd fair taste, tender not smashed dry. Onion rings thin sliced and seasoned some of the most flavorful and unexpected presentation. If I had known the patty size would have ordered a double. Burger week in Cincinnati so burger half price but everything ala carte. Service was chipper and friendly but compensating for the wait time. First visit to a Wahlburgers and the lobby is too cramped for waiting capacity! Would try again or another location. Flavorful burger, fries ok (fresh cut or so it seems.

We liked this location better than the Las Vegas location. Love the windows looking outside downtown. The good was yummy and made actually how we requested. They were short staffed but really couldn't tell. They did an awesome job. The Mai Tai was yummy. One was enough!! Decently priced for being downtown Cincinnati!

Very good burgers unique take on the whole burger franchise and love the humor of "government cheese" for their cheese choice. The fries are great but could use dipping sauce to accompany them and the bacon smoked mac n cheese is just great however wish it was a bit less "smoked or not at all" would definitely recommend!

First time, wanted to try. Was a tasty burger. I got the melt. They have special cutesy names for all of their burgers. Most are 1/3 lb. The atmosphere is bright and the views of the street through the full length glass gave it a nice vibe and plenty of light. The hostess asked if we needed a high chair we said a regular table was fine...she took us to a high table....we asked for a regular table and she was like duh?! The waiter was much more skilled and professional. Tots were good, burgers were good, service was good, their premium drinks are excellent! The chipoltle margarita was excellent. $$$$- 4 people, 4 burgers and a kids hot dog, 4 drinks = 94.00 I realize that this is downtown and a bit of an attraction but in the end it is just a burger with different toppings.

Very great place to get your burger on. My family loved it as it was our first time visiting. We drove from Columbus to get there and it was worth it. Great burgers made fresh to order with all kinds of toppings to choose from. I also got some onion rings which were great! The tots were crispy and good too.
