Ice cream is delicious! Had a great baseball conversation with the friendly owner. When in Cincinnati don't miss this place!

Good Ice Cream and great service. Store is very clean and nicely decorated. You can buy pints to go. We had a couple incidents with homeless who came in the store while we were there causing a minor commotion, but I'm not sure if that is the norm.

Heard it was extremely popular/famous, so we went in immediately. Ordered Mango sorbet and black raspberry chip. The mango sorbet was okay but the raspberry chip was over the moon delicious.

We got the sunrise smoothie, 1 scoop of cookie dough ice cream, and 1 scoop of cookies and cream ice cream. All were VERY good and some of the only ice cream I’ve thought deserved 5 stars. Most places are just hype, but this place genuinely had delicious ice cream and smoothies 😋 Definitely will be back for more when visiting Cincy!!

I love Graeter’s ice cream. I usually buy a pint because I am in Minnesota. However it just tastes different when I get it at the ice cream shop. I loved that the staff was super nice and made the experience that much better. I got the boldly bearcat. My goodness it was so good. I am coming back again.

Graeter's, in general, had some of the most delicious ice creams imaginable, but still is offering you to sample any flavor you like before ordering.
I have been to this particular location many times and I like it because it's not only it offers a wide variety of Greater's products, it's very nicely located near so many other eateries and restaurants in Over The Rhine area.
It's not the biggest Graeter's place I have ever visited, but I have never had a problem finding a flavor I like there.
Staff have always been friendly, and the place has always been clean. I can't ask for anything more.
It's a 5-stars for me all the way.
