Anwar (manager) was extremely pleasant, patient, and helpful during our order process. He thoroughly explained ingredients and defined burger descriptions. I would easily go back to this location, based on today's experience! Fries were perfectly hot and crispy! For sports fans: No 2 TVs had the same game on. (I hate it when multiple/every TV is the same game)

stopped by yesterday due to the convenient location of this restaurant on the banks and they had great food and although they were very busy they managed to serve our food warm and in timely fashion! Very nice workers and the two young ladies up front were very friendly and helpful. Would go here again.

My veggie burger was delish! I wish I had MORE time to write the review. When I’m on vacay, I try to get it but, it’s time comsuming. The place was NOT VERY cleaned, but you can see them making your food. There’s NO reason NOT to clean often & wipe down, but I guess cause it’s on a main strip in front the stadium, that’s y.

Food was good, but pricy. (Pre Bengals Game, live music outside, BUSY atmosphere) When we first sat down (festival seating at a long table we eventually overtook) The line was out the door, when we got to order, they said they weren't taking orders for onion rings... Fries were delish, Burger reminded me of basic fast food with a stamped bun. We each ordered individually, but still seemed to take FOREVER. 2nd round of kids rolled in, ~30 minutes later - at the start of the game.... Line was still out the door, but they were able to order onion rings- they did NOT disappoint! Plan on walking to get here.

Looks like you might be temporarily closed currently but I for to share our experience about 4-5 months ago while visiting Cincinnati by the Reds Stadium. We were walking by all the small restaurants there and ultimately decided on BurgerFi and I gotta say that I'm glad we did! Best chili cheese fries I've ever had and the Hot dog 🌭 and Burger 🍔 were ridiculously good. Friendly staff too made the whole experience great. Hopefully you guys reopen soon.

Our group of 5 walked in on a Saturday night and were able to order, be seated and be served quickly. The CEO Burger was rich and delicious, and the fries were fresh and crispy! Sides are a la carte, so make sure to check those out when looking at the menu. Convenient public parking is across the street, and there is a nice variety of other places (with limited seating due to covid) up and down the street.

Not a huge burger person however, I'm glad we chose this place. Customer service was on point and the food was pretty quick and the quality pretty high for a burger joint. My Husband tried the CEO burger which they claim to be Waygu, I'm not sure about that but it was delicious and next time its what I will be ordering. Pretty impressed with all these new high end burger places.
