Hathaway's Diner

My dining experience at Hathaway’s today after the Making Strides walk was magnificent because of the effort made by the manager Lil. She was phenomenal from getting our party of 13 seated to making sure every order was fulfilled to helping the waitress get our bills correctly paid. Lil truly went above and beyond and exemplified how to turn a difficult situation into a smooth transaction. Thank you Lil for your patience attention and understanding. You made our day!!

A great reasonably priced place with all day breakfast and phenomenal, quick service! We were immediately able to sit and none of the staffed seemed stressed or frantic during a busy Sunday morning. Our highlight was Jonathan's incredible service. He had very positive energy, and it was clear that he enjoyed his job. Everyone else we interacted with was very friendly as well. Eggs and grits were cooked perfectly, coffee was fresh.

This is not a bad place to eat but it is just average. The food was okay. The service is okay. The atmosphere of a traditional diner is nice. The food I had was served hot and was freshly prepared. I don't think you'd be disappointed eating here but it is nothing exciting. I happened to be there at a particularly bad lunch rush. The poor waitress was running around like crazy trying to take care of everyone. As a result service suffered. I wouldn't hesitate going back but there are so many other food options.

Hathaway's diner is a cozy dining experience with good food. Our service was great, and I appreciated the fresh look they have after renovation. We went for a work lunch and ordered. 1. Reuben sandwich 🥪- this dish was recommended by our server and was delicious. Would order again and recommend. (5/5 🌟) 2. Patty melt - a coworking friend ordered and said it was tasty. (5/5 🌟) 3. Veggie omelet - a coworking friend ordered and enjoyed the dish. (4/5 🌟) 4. Fries 🍟 - these weren't the star of our visit and need a little more finesse and seasoning. (2/5 🌟) I would return and recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried. I am going to order breakfast the next time I go :).

Just stopped by Hathaway’s Diner for a quick breakfast and was super happy I did. The vibe of this place is really cool with an old school vibe and fun music. The staff is super nice and food is really good! Had the veggie omelette with hash browns and rye toast, delicious! Might come here tomorrow for breakfast it was so good!

Amazing breakfast l, polite and responsive wait staff. My group will definitely return next time we're in cinci. The eggs were cooked to perfection, the pancakes were like eating clouds, the browns were the perfect mix of crisp and soft. And the bacon, THE BACON was PERFECT, the texture was almost glazed, crispy and tender all at once... the biscuits and gravy were a "perfect wakeup"

The bacon. You know how sometimes you order bacon with your breakfast and you get a floppy sad piece of salty rubber? Well, dear friends, this is not that kind of joint. This bacon is a thin strip of crispy perfection that will make you close your eyes as it melts in your mouth. 🔥 The eggs were cooked exactly as ordered, the hash browns were the perfect blend of fluffy and crunchy, and if you're looking for a place to try goetta you will recieve a generous and delicious plateful. The pancake was okay and the biscuits and gravy were unremarkable. Just remember, you're here for the bacon.
