Ruth's Chris Steak House

The absolute best experience my family had was at the Cincinnati location this past Friday evening. We were celebrating my sons 23rd birthday. The hostess made it extra special by decorating our table with confetti. I highly recommend Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse for any celebration!! Thank you for the unforgettable memories.

I had a great experience when I dined in on a Saturday night. David was my server and was very knowledgeable about the menu and the history of the restaurant. Our steaks (filet and bone-in NY strip) were cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the sweet potato casserole and loaded baked potato. The manager, Ashley, came by our table and asked us how our night was going. She was very kind and acknowledged our confetti the hostess had put on our table. I cannot wait to go back and celebrate my anniversary with them. Highly recommend!

Great service steak was cooked well done asked for medium well they recooked it barbeque shrimp app was good only got 5shrimp waiter said came with 8shrimp.took my wine and asparagus off due to steak being over cooked however steak wasn't worth the $67 price overpriced but great service from the waiter he knew it was my birthday sprinkled happy birthday confetti on the table .Also gave me a free desert I took it to go cause it was getting late.cheese cake with fruit topping was very good.My guests enjoyed there dinner as well just said it was a bit pricey.

I arrived at 4:00 PM thinking someone in my party had made reservations, but that was not the case. I explained we would have a party of seven. Klein was at the front and said he could seat us immediately. He explained Ashley was our server and we were soon enjoying apps and drinks. The service was stupendous, the prices for happy hour were unbelievably low, and the food was out of this world. Everyone in my party of seven had the steak sandwich except for my youngest daughter, who had the cheeseburger. What a pleasure receiving a fine dining experience from a fine dining restaurant for a relatively inexpensive price. My bill with the tip included, came to $90.00 for three nice meals, drinks, appetizer, and excellent service. Way to go Klein, Ashley, and team at Ruth's Chris's in Cincinnati's DORA district by GABP.

I reserved us a table to celebrate our anniversary. The host staff (Klien) met us promptly and sat us in a wonderful little corner table that he decorated himself.Lance greeted us and wished us a happy anniversary as well. The food was wonderful, ceaser salad, we split a Tomahawk steak with garlic potatoes and creamed spinach. The GM stopped by and made sure that we were being taken care as well. We will be back.
