Kairiku

Eine wunderbare Erfahrung der japanischen Küche mit mallorquinischen Einflüssen! Die Gerichte wurden täglich neu interpretiert. Im Restaurant ist nur ein Tisch für 6 Personen, wie waren anfangs skeptisch aber es entwickelt sich eine tolle Atmosphäre mit interessanten Gesprächen, wir haben neben dem Essen tolle Menschen kennengelernt. Das Kairiku ist Teil des Hotels Sa Creu und befindet sich in einem kleinen Raum unter dem Hauptgeschoss des Hotels. Alle 9 Gerichte waren exquisit und wurden von den netten Mitarbeitern (auf Spanisch oder Englisch) und vom Küchenchef erklärt, der direkt neben dem Tisch, die Gerichte zubereitet. Das Ambiente war nicht versnobt sondern locker und entspannt. Das alle Gerichte wurden täglich neu interpretiert und waren besonders gut durchdacht war, indem frische und lokale Lebensmittel verwendet und in die japanischen Gerichte integriert wurden. Die Weinbegleitung (Variation von Weiß- und Rotweinen sowie Sake) war großartig und preisgünstig. Man kann die Reservierung online auf der Webseite oder im Hotel vornehmen. Wir würden einem Besuch im Kairiku wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich darauf, bald wieder dort Gast sein zu dürfen.

Am Anfang war ich bisschen skeptisch, weil alle Gäste an einem Tisch sitzen, habe einfach lieber meinen eigenen Tisch. Aber wir hatten Glück und saßen mit angenehmen Leuten zusammen. Das Essen war grandios, sehr lecker, sehr ausgefallen. Hat eigentlich alles Sushicharakter, außer die Nachspeise natürlich und eine Hauptspeise. Das Menü ändert sich alle paar Wochen und wir werden es sicher nochmal probieren. Preis-Leistung fanden wir gerechtfertigt. Zumal auch der Service super professionell und freundlich. Alles in allem herrschte eine entspannte Atmosphäre, nichts war etepete, was mir sehr gut gefällt.

La experiencia en este lugar es increíble. La calidad de los ingredientes es la mejor que se puede encontrar, los platos buenísimos y con una presentación y elaboración impecable. El ambiente es muy agradable e íntimo ya que es un espacio cerrado y sólo están el resto de comensales de este menú y la experiencia la compartes con un máximo de 10 personas en la mesa. Experiencia recomendada 10/10

Food was amazing. So good! Everything is made with love and the chef tells passionately about the dishes. We stopped eating meat a few years ago and only eat fish on special occasions (like on holidays). It was a good ‘cheat’ meal for us vegetarians/pescatarians and it wasn’t a problem that we didn’t want a meat dish. When the rest got their meat dish, we got something else. Also, the portions were great, even a bit much for me. We also liked the other restaurant on this location called ‘Tess de Mar’. You pay a bit more than ‘other’ restaurants on the island, but the quality is so much better. Worth it.

Very intimate dinner with just a few other people, this Japanese menu is certainly an experience! We thoroughly enjoyed being taken from dish to dish with the guidance of our host. I'd also really recommend the paired sake and wine to go with it - it wasn't too much alcohol and added to the adventure! The only down point was after the meal while we waited in the hotel lobby for our taxi. There was a guest book lying open so we read the glowing review on the open page to ourselves, smiling. The man behind the desk suddenly called out " excuse me the guest book is for writing not for reading!" As we turned around, startled, he laughed and said, "I'm joking of course" but the damage was done, we felt chastised and stood there, embarrassed. Luckily our taxi came soon after, but it really ended our evening on a sour note, being scolded like children. The rest of the staff were amazing. If this wasn't a joke, hide your guest book. If it was a joke - find better jokes.

Bueno, era la primera vez que ibamos a este restaurante, fuimos por celebrar el cumpleaños de mi mujer y mio y nos encantó! Nos gustó mucho que fuera el chef el que hiciera la propuesta y no saber que ibamos a comer hasta llegar allí, nos encantó el sitio, el ambiente, la atención! Cuando llegamos nos sentaron en un salon con butacas y sofás muy acogedor, ynos ofrecieron algo de beber para terminar de esperar a la preparación del Chef. A los 10 minutos nos invitaron a seguirles hacia un salón a parte cruzando el jardín, alli nos sentamos y nos presentaron al Chef. Fueron 7 pasos más un postre que nos teletransportaron a Japón, la calidad del producto es brutal, es un espectáculo ver a un Chef autoctono con la técnica que atesora preparar sus platos, (como sugerencia), creo que sería un detalle a tener en cuenta, que el Chef fuera el centro de atención, es decir, estar los comensales alrededor suya (obviamente con la situación actual de covid, es más complicado) pero creo que luciría muchisimo más y la espera entre plato y plato tendría otro aliciente y haria una experiencia más potente. Al terminar nos llevaron a un espacio, donde pudimos sentarnos, relajarnos y tomar un chupito(que a mi personalmente me encantó), tuvieron el detalle de prepararnos un postrecito, a parte (con su correspondiente vela),porque sabian que celebrabamos nuestro cumpleaños. Nos explicaron que normalmente no se suele hacer la cena en el salón, que por temas de distancia de seguridad por covid, nos ubicaron ahí, solo una pega a toda la experiencia, y es que la noche era algo fresca, y pasé algo de frio en el salón aquel. Pero por lo demás Espectacular! Repetiriasin duda. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo.
