Panera Bread

Panera is one of my favorite places to eat. I just recently found out there was this one in Porter Sq. Needless to say, I’ve been a very happy camper! It’s not without a few drawbacks though. Seating is confusing, I have trouble with stairs and it’s not always easy to snag a table upstairs. They also don’t have any outdoor tables which I was a little sad about when I brought my dog one day. I’ve ordered and had stuff brought to my car and the orders have always been right. I think they should be harsher on making sure people are adhering to the 45min rule of staying at the tables on the top floor, on a busy day. Overall makes me feel like I’m at my favorite shopping center from where I grew up!

I have subscription with Panera for Coffee. I come this afternoon/ coffee was cold, I asked them if they could change it out, they told me that the Manager ( female) told them to not/. By the way I saw this manager sometimes here at this location/ she’s unkind with customers and doesn’t smile at all. All other employees are much better than her. Last time I wanted to put my phone number to get a coffee, she was yelling at me to remember to do so all the time. So unprofessional! I may even stop that subscription. No need to feel depressed!
