Au Bon Pain

Quick, reasonably priced self-service location that serves breakfast, lunch, and snacks. The yogurt parfait and overnight oats seemed promising but fell well short of expectations. Stick with Au Bon Pain standards like coffee, tea, juice, and pastries. Their salad bar and other items looked fresh and the location seemed clean.

I visit maybe 3/5 times a week. Some days I can order a sandwich before 6:30 and make it to work by 7am not too far away. Today (6/15/2017), the man who was there was very rude explaining there is nobody here who can service me. Oh I'm sorry the company has good food, maybe you should put a tent over the whole store or turn the lights off indicating you aren't open for business. It pains me to get a breakfast sandwich at Dunkin. Well if you open at 6:30, why on some days I'm able to leave with my meal ? The inconsistency causes confusion and "hanger" (hunger + anger). Get it together "a good bread", seriously.

This Au Bon Pain is located inside the mall food court and feels like a smaller/express version of their typical locations around the city. They have the full line of sandwiches, but no salad bar and limited number of soups. The pastry section also seems small but they have most of their staple items including prepackaged salads, and to go items.

I will never go here again, customer service sucks here especially from one employee named Maria who works there Monday through Friday i believe. I went there three times thinking things would change and it didnt. I asked for a sandwich that should be at least ten dollars and she tried telling me it was twenty dollars... Crazy !!! it is unacceptable. Never again.
