Sometimes open and sometimes closed. Coffee has tasted burnt the times I’ve had it and you’re better off going to the costas for a coffee.
Under extracted shot, no collection rank number display, collection numbers shouted within a noisy environment.
Sadly they sell gluten free soup but no Gluten free bread to go with it, but you still have to pay full price even though its meant to come with bread (for non Coeliacs they get bread!). Staff are volunteers, hats off to them for giving their time, but very pricey for the quality of food even the soup was such a tiny portion for £5.
When placing order was not asked name or size of drink so when order was done there was confusion on who drink was who’s, as they made other customers at same time. When male staff were asked who’s drink was who they were rude, abrupt and very unhelpful not knowing who’s order belonged to who. The attitude was “ well I don’t know””

This pace is hit and miss. Sometimes they make great coffee and sometimes it's plain awful. It is not a chain branch so they don't take starbucks app payments. The staff is friendly though.
