Togos Sandwiches

I had an extremely unfortunate experience here (7/29/18 1:45pm-3:30pm). Our group (13 people) ordered over the phone and we had some order changes but clarified before getting off the phone. When we received our order which was the correct amount of sandwiches (we gave a tip$) but they did not have the correct type, so I sent my Assistant back to the restaurant to collect the correct sandwiches (2) when he asked the manager Ana to make the sandwiches politely she said that he must pay for them.. now, if I have a miscommunication at a restaurant, 100% of the time the kind employees (and especially managers) at the restaurant are prompt to correct it and not charge for it due to it nature (miscommunication,.. were talking $10 here folks). Unfortunately when my Assistant asked for the correct sandwiches she would not correct the mishap, instead made me pay for them over the phone with a credit card and insulted my Assistant in front of the employees and customers calling him deaf... its very unfortunate because he actually is deaf in one ear..Never have I been so saddened by an experience at a professional establishment, I feel this company should work on who they actually hire to represent them (especially managers like Ana) as this could cause much greater problems in the future.. naturally I will never go to this chain ever again.

Girl at the counter was not friendly at all. Im sure she wasnt happy because a crowd of customers came walking in after me 45 minutes before closing.. i used to work at starbucks and know how it feels to just want to go home after a long day in customer service but the day goes by faster when you're nice! 😄
