I’ve been to other locations and they were okay… was honestly kind of hesitant when my wife suggested we tried out this particular one. Happy to say it was a great experience! Everyone was super happy that worked there and the ice cream was delicious. Really clean store too. I’ll be coming back for sure.

Tasty Dulce De Leche and very refreshing Wildberry smoothie. Always leave satisfied and the staff at the Burbank Town Center (mall) location are on point. Only downside is they aren't open 24 hours for late night cravings :)

Went for a free cone on free cone day. The service was well managed and the line moved pretty fast even though it was long but the ice cream had a lot of crystals in it maybe because the case has been constantly opened to serve the line. Overall it was okay. This mall is run down though and needs to be redeveloped.

The lady working here was clear and informative about the different options and scoop sizes. She was also—while working swiftly and with a sense of purpose—keen about keeping track of the order of the people waiting to be served; no one was in line but she was aware of who came when. Great service, even if for a short time.

Love their smoothies, plus their cookies are really good as well. Remind me of the cookies I use to have in middle school which were baked perfectly.

The ice cream there is amazing it looks good and taste wonderful not just ice cream they also have amazing cake and smoothies and coffee, the place is wonderful
