El Pollo Gordo

i am very disappointed with how Thelma aka the owner of the restaraunt treated me when i brought up a concern about getting sick off of a Torta i ordered today and felt sick right after, she made me feel like i was lying when i was just trying to express for future and asked what they can do to maybe be cleaner or something i wasnt asking for my money back or anything like that either. this is one of my favorite places in burbank and our office orders from here all the time !!! im very sad on the way she handled my concern and i could of gotten sick from someone not washing their hands idk but it was not the way to handle it! here i am and if i get food poisoning then thats when they will step in and try to give all i was saying was to PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING TO SOMEBODY ELSE !!!!
