Visited on Friday and came back today Monday, both days I was greeted and treated very kindly. The young lady working and the store manager Alejandra were exceptional. The place was clean and I felt save eating inside. Must stop for yogurt at Burbank. My new yogurt place for Friyays!

Love this place the staff are very welcoming they are always good with the toppings many to choose from they have a lot of patience with the customers because I have seen how some can be rude and demanding towards the employees sometimes they are alone maybe short on staff so they get busy but overall good they get 5 stars

Meh ok place. Nothing special. Got four yogurts for $17. Didn't expect anything more or less. Parking was big, place had seats outside. I guess good for those who love to sit outdoors and have yogurt.

No better place for a late night treat they're open really late which is amazing. I don't understand why the cashiers still have their covid era tip jars out. When they made your treat for you that's what the tip was for now that it's self-serve again what's up with that? It's presence creates an awkwardness at the checkout line that isn't necessary at all.

I remember when I first starting eating frozen yogurt. Sooooo delicious. The price was nice and that was a family place where me and my son could just chill, no punt intented.
However I had points that I couldn’t use one day and corporate never called me back. The money wasn’t a big deal, but the way I was treated wasn’t nice. Then they have the nerve to charge I believe .56 (I believe)an ounce from .34 Heck it doesn’t even taste the same. Lower quality and more money.
