Here's another encounter with the people who specialize in inept management. Let's face it, is there anyone who can honestly say that they've been to a Popeye's chicken joint that actually had everything on hand they claimed to offer? Tonight, no biscuits, but offering an additional side instead. OK, cool. We ordered 2 Shrimp tackle box specials at $6 each with red beans & rice plus mashed potatoes as a sub for the biscuit. That's what I expected to get. Right? Wrong. It was an entirely different order. I have too much confidence that a person making over $12.00 an hour can take an order, take my payment, and give me that exact order in a packaged form without errors. Silly rabbit. Trix are for kids.

Been coming here for years always had great experiences fast and hot chicken. Not sure if it was recently sold to a new owner but this place did a 360. Terrible rude service didn't have half the items available on the menu and received refrigerated cold chicken nearly so cold I thought it wasn't even cooked.

Where should I start? Customer service. You could not dine in, a chicken place in an empty lot. So, you really want it, now you can't come in. Wait, if you in car can order through drive thru. So at this point, the order, a 12ct meal, with 2sides. I payed, gave her a $ had to ask for my change. Checked my order, was wrong.

The worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to! The drive thru line is horrendous & they have their doors locked so you can’t walk in. This was at 3:30pm on a Saturday too. I ordered online, but you have to go through the drive thru & wait 30 minutes just to get your order. Any other Popeyes allows me to choose my pick up time & it’s ready. The girl with the blonde hair taking orders has no customer service skills whatsoever. Make sure you check your order before driving off or else you’ll realize something is missing once you’re already home.
