I found it!! The best steak and cheese. Real ingredients, good size portions, quick and courteous service. This is my steak,mushrooms, onions and provolone sub. SO YUMMY

I had not eaten a Phillys Best sandwich for two years and decided to order for uber delivery yesterday. What a waste.. its no longer the sandwich i loved. The Amoroso roll is now about 2 thirds the height. There were only a few peppers and i did not find any onions or mushrooms and the meat was much skimpier portion.
Phillys best used to be wonderful. Large sandwiches stuffed chockfull of meat marinated peppers mushrooms onions and cheese on a very good Amoroso roll, but no more.

I hit up Philly's Best for a cheesteak when I found myself in the area and a friend recommended it for a bite. My sandwich was fantastic and was served hot, fresh and exactly how I ordered it. The staff was friendly and helpful, oh and why have wiz as a cheese option!

I had the regular Philly cheesesteak. It was pretty good although it could use a little more meat in it. I would definitely go back again

Love the food. Hate the prices. Hope they find a balance. Getting very hard to justify eating out in Burbank lately - esp those of us with families.

the Philly cheese steak sandwich the best thing ever I would go there again if I was in California right now but unfortunately I'm not so I would have to wait for the next trip that I take with my family highly recommend it if you're looking for Philly cheese steaks in California THAT is place to go!

Found this place on accident and it was really good. Will definitely return for the rest of the menu. Make sure you follow the rules about parking, using restroom as a customer, etc....or you will catch the wrath of the owner.

Aweful, just aweful.
Note to cook: go back to school. Watch videos on YouTube. Look at pics online from restaurants from Philly. When u can't see the the sauce & barely see the cheese, you're probably doing something wrong.
Don't burn the steak, would also help. Also the guy taking my order don't ask me if I would like to leave a tip in a condescending tone.
You shouldn't even ask. I left one, because I felt obligated. Normally I leave one.
Also step up the friendliness.
