Tim Hortons

First of all, the customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced!!!! They look at you in a daze or like a deer in headlights when you are trying to give your order. They act like they don’t understand what you’re talking about, and then give you attitude when you tell them your order is wrong. If I could give zero stars I would. They literally get my order incorrect 14 days out of the month. I only work 14 days out of the month and I order from them every day. This is the last day that I will tolerate paying for something I did not order. Example, I ordered cold brew on the app, I was charged, went to pick them up, they were out. I still did not get my refund. I asked for small cold brew, 2 cream 1 sugar, they give me medium cold brew with whip cream and chocolate. I order a chocolate fudge Justin Bieber Tim bit, they give me a chocolate Tim bit. The donuts and Tim bits Are stale and have already had flies sitting on them if you don’t order first thing in the morning. I’m just sick of it!!! It’s not like I’m ordering anything complicated!!!!

Customer service was absolutely terrible. On Friday July 23rd I went to get a coffee and food, the women at the counter taking my order was on her cell phone which she had on speaker and carried on a conversation in Arabic the entire time she took orders and filled them. Sunday the 25th they had 1 person taking and filling orders there were 4 people in front on me that already ordered and another 3 or 4 in line after me.

Went to Tims to buy a donut. The donuts were just restocked. The clerk squeezed on several donuts until he finally selected one and put it in the bag for me. I wasn't sure what he was doing at first until I bit in my donut and realized that he gave me a hard stale donut. I will no longer get food from here and only get coffee, even though the coffee is terrible and burnt half the time also.
