Tim Hortons

Consistently has had problems. I've tried this place a few times because of its convenient location but often the service is either extremely slow or my order is wrong. For example when TH was selling the cold foam they twice insisted they didn't know what it was and gave me a normal iced coffee with creamer before hurrying me out the drive through. More recently I paid the upcharge to try the new spicy maple sauce and literally got 2 drops that were already soaked into the bun. I wouldn't of even known something was technically there if I didn't open the muffin up . Tim Hortons may not be great, but this one in particular is consistent with its poor quality

Worst Tim Hortons ever. Consistently bad since they first opened up, year after year it never gets better. NEVER go there if you don’t have an extra 30 minutes to get to where you’re going in the morning because YOU WILL BE TRAPPED IN THE DRIVETHRU. Even better when you finally get up to the speaker to find out they don’t have basic menu items available. I give this location a shot here and there and I usually regret it.

WORST Tim Horton's I have ever been to. Employee at the drive-thru window was extremely disrespectful and rude from the very start and things only got worse. He said some racial slurs towards my friends and I and then proceeded to try and spit on us. He then tried to run out of the store to come and fight us! I'm still in shock that this happened! I will NEVER return to this location and don't recommend anyone else to either. This was unacceptable in every way imaginable and I hope this employee is reprimanded. Negative 5 stars.

Absolutely horrible service! There was a line inside of about 6 people, we all waited over 20 mins for someone to come take our order. I have worked in the restaurant/ fast food industry as a manager for years so I understand a busy morning rush. However, there’s no reason for 5 people to all be standing/leaning on the counters at the drive-thu just talking. Not one worker even had the decency to acknowledge us and say that they or someone would be with us shortly. When customers asked for a manager nobody answered and they all just stared at is laughing. The workers acted like we were inconveniencing them by wanting to order. In the end every person waiting to order ended up leaving. Avoid this location!!!!
