Franco's Pizza

It is with great sadness that I leave this poor review. Franco’s on kenmore Ave was our go to place but our last order was really bad. We ordered boneless wings. The deliver was timely, the food was hot, but the quality was very poor. The boneless were very small, like chicken crumbs. It was like a regular boneless piece was cut in half to make two pieces. There were a few regular sized pieces, but not many. The pieces were on the hard side too. They weren’t burnt, but weren’t good. Usually they would be soft and moist. We were very disappointed. They fries were great, but they chicken very sub par. And with prices being higher everywhere, I don’t like paying more money for less quality. So we need a new place. I thought maybe this was a one off type of thing, but when I mentioned it to others, there were very few positive things said about Franco’s. I don’t know what happened there to make their food go downhill but I hope whatever it is they fix it. I used to love their pizza but now I’m afraid to order because I don’t want another disappointing order. Take out is just too expensive to risk getting bad food.

I placed an order on line for the 1st time for this business and I over looked the specifications for the heart pizza and got a regular large instead. The people were really friendly and nice about the mix up I had on the order and was able to fix it for me. I was very happy and pleased with the service I received and the pizza was very delicious!. Well worth the ride all the way from Lancaster NY 😊.

I would normally wouldn’t complain here but I ordered 20 wings and instead I got 15 wings and they were little too cold and I know wings or meats itself are expensive now and my total order was $39.13 for 20 wings ! And I’m here for my moneys worth and I been ordering at there location for years and yeah they miss up here and there and now this is ridiculous so I had the last straw with them. I have photo proof that 15 wings instead of 20 (8 drums and 7 wings). Never ordering from this location every again. Like you can’t hire someone who knows how to count and stealing peoples money come on. As much as I want to go there myself and complain. I’m always stuck at my job all day and can’t leave and I’m always counting on them to deliver to me as ordered but this time never again.

Had this place recommended to me after I mentioned I was going to another pizza joint in town. They pointed me here instead. Oh, man. Hands down #1 cold sandwich I've ever had. I practically had a religious experience. Their capicola one is phenomenal. Got it on two separate occasions just to confirm. It's a shame I have to travel nearly 3,000 miles to experience another. Their pizza is also amazing, their dough is top notch (even as leftovers) and they do not cut corners on ingredients and toppings. I've brought friends here that also can attest to the food. I didn't even get to take a picture, the food was that good fresh.

Very disappointing , I loved francos pizza , it was my favorite pizza place at one point but the past 3 times I ordered from this location nothing was made right even from their own menu , I ordered a large BBQ Chicken Pizza which was suppose to have Grilled chicken, but they put chicken fingers on it , I let it slide , second time I ordered the same pizza I spoke with a manager and he reassured me it will be made right but it wasn't there was no sauce on it , 3rd and final time I ordered a tray of Philly cheese steak pizza for a church activity yesterday and when we opened the 60.00 pizza to eat it was burnt almost completely , I'm so disappointed that my favorite pizza place has gone down hill , and they don't care what kind of quality food they are sending out to their customers, it's a shame bc I won't be a returning customer I ordered every week from them but these last 3 times was inconsistent and the 3rd time was plain wrong of them to do.

Ordered 6 hours ahead for a party - sheet pizza 50 wings. Made it for 4pm pickup. Get a call from the pizzeria saying that although we gave ample time to prepare our order, they needed another 15 minutes. Waited in car for 30 mins. At 4:45pm we got our food. Got home - half cheese half cheese and pep was wrong. Who eats pepperoni pizza with no cheese? Update: order refunded. Raised a star.
