Tim Hortons

Sarah was so kind and personable. We stopped for a mid day work coffee. Our drinks were AMAZINGGGG. Sarah was sweet as can be and made us want to return to this location more often. The atmosphere of everyone working on that shift seemed to actually be enjoying their shift and their coworkers. Great job staff!

Hate this location. They are open sometimes but closed whenever and when there are people inside (where u can not go into) they don't even let u know that their closed and only been here one time that I actually got coffee and it was horrible. The coffee was old and they messed up my cream n sugar by doing it backwards and didn't add the flavor shot that they charge more at their location than most others. So my coffee was more expensive than normal, not made correctly and was old coffee. Not sure why they charge extra but they shouldn't even be giving it away

I wouldn’t even give this place one star due to the extremely rude and disrespectful manager a young dark skinned gentleman with thick hair I had a run-in with him also at the Harlem Road location he is extremely rude and disrespectful I was at Harlem Road a few days ago and they didn’t have a blackberry mint refresher so that was fine I asked for strawberry lemonade they didn’t have that I asked for a regular lemonade they didn’t have that they didn’t discount my drink didn’t offer me anything in return for not having anything that I asked for and he was extremely rude to me and then again today I came to the one on Bailey and William and here is the same manager yells yo out to me because I apparently to him was taking too long looking for my bank card the worst chicken Panini that I’ve ever had there was hardly any chicken on it and it was all slap together in the middle it wasn’t even cut in half the edges were dry as a bone. And for a sandwich that cost almost 6 dollars that was a joke and the same manager was just standing there staring at me that just yelled yo to me out the window because I was digging for my bank card and asked me what the hell was taking so long Probably one of the most disrespectful young gentleman I’ve ever seen in a food establishment who talks to people that way very disappointed in your services because the Tim Hortons food has always been very good and the drinks hope the service gets better You’re losing customers with service like that

it's called TEA DOUBLE I order it and I get coffee double double I have to return 4times sometimes to get it RIGHT.. and it happens all the time when I send my customers to pick me up TEA DOUBLE DOUBLE then they question me TEA? I say yes and make sure you tell them at Tim hortons TEA DOUBLE DOUBLE AND SAY IT 3TIMES WHEN THEY TAKE THE ORDER AND AFTER.. and now my customers are drinking tea double double and they like it so make sure u get it right I just got it wrong again

Tims is always fresh and typically fast service as long as they arent totally slammed. I particularly love the new loyalty program although I have one small complaint though: I really wish the reps would remind me to give them my card because there have been like 3 separate times that I forget, and miss out on the points! Oh well, still love Tims!
