We had bottomless brunch here on a Saturday afternoon as part of my friends hen party..the place is gorgeous, so cosy and such a lovely vibe. The food was amazing and the staff were super friendly and very attentive. Glyn was such a fantastic host and made sure no stone was left unturned for our special occasion. I couldn't rate Kooks high enough! Amazing all round!

oh how glorious! i was having a dreadful day but went to kooks and it was utterly turned around by the wonderful barmaid with beautiful curly red hair! it seems nothing short of necessary to come on here and thank her for serving me with such warmth! I didn’t catch her name but she was phenomenal! If i could talk to the chefs myself i would- i’ve never enjoyed poached eggs like that before. stunning! Shall be shouting from the rooftops about this place. Thank you 😊

Big thank you to Glyn for accomodating our sip and paint activity for our hen party group in our own area. Great selection of drinks and the staff were very friendly and service was quick. We ended up coming back the next day for brunch which was delicious. Highly recommended and to book in advance for larger groups.

Lovely find in the Lanes in Brighton, we were on the hunt for a good breakfast after being at an event the night before. We happened across this place and was very impressed by the coffee and breakfasts on offer. We ordered 4 of the cooked breakfasts and coffees and juices. There was a short wait on the food, but when it came out, looked fantastic. Most of the ingredients were locally sourced and cooked fresh there and then with spot on poached eggs. The cafe was very clean and looked very on trend with friendly helpful staff on hand. We will definitely return when visiting Brighton again.
