Sweetgreen

Multiple problems with this order. I took the subway from East Boston (in the rain) to pick it up at State Street. The order was sitting on the pickup bar when I arrived and did not have the protective tape in place on the sides, the tapes were just hanging out. The bowl was supposed to be a warm grain bowl. However there was only about a teaspoon of wild rice in this. The vast majority of the bowl was raw kale (not steamed or warm in any way). The beets were also raw. I was lucky to have access to a stove so I was able to cook it myself so I can eat it (I can't eat raw kale for health reasons). The sauce was supposed to be miso sesame ginger. However the sauce provided by Sweetgreen only tasted very strongly of garlic... gross. For me that's a big stomachache. An extremely disappointing meal for $12 and especially after discovering this only when I got home after walking in the rain... Not planning to eat at this place again and I do hope their support team compensate me after receiving my direct complaint.

I live in the harbor area and it was such a disappointment having a big health threatening plastic piece coming out of my salad. I talked to the manager Kenny and he said sorry and asked if i wanted my money back. Is health that cheap by just giving money back. I wont let this go but i wanted to write this review to let anyone else who will go to this location that they are very relaxed, careless, unorganized. If i was able to upload picture of the piece i would have.
