Food is okay, but staff are not friendly and sometimes rather rude and definitely don't show appreciation for your business. They recently started this thing where you give them a credit card and they hold the credit card device up in front of you and ask you how much tip you want to leave. If you move to take the device so you do it yourself, they won't let you, forcing you to declare in front of everyone whether to tip and how much you plan to leave. Um, not nice to hold people at proverbial gunpoint for tips before they even get their meal. Then there is the one hour in the middle of the day where they shut down for a break. Kind of weird and again not customer service oriented. Most places would stagger their breaks so they can remain open. There have been times when I have called during regular hours and they don't answer the phone. Blah, not a place I would rely on as my "go-to" Thai food place by any means. There are other places with good food where the folks are much nicer and not arrogant.
