Came at the right time as to not be engulfed in the crowd. Food came quick and was very good. There naan was probably the best I've had.

Hands down one of the best Indian food in Boston. Everything I’ve tried at Shanti not only looks so appetizing, but also was beautifully seasoned, giving us such wholesome experience every time. Their samosa is must-have - crispy on the outside, hot and savory on the inside. We also love the butter chicken, and lamb tikka masal. I order from here at least once a week. Highly recommend.

I ordered catering for an office Diwali party, and it was wonderful. The food was excellent, it was delivered on time, packaged well, and they paid a lot of attention to the details, like writing down which sauce goes with which dish, or small printed signs listing the details of each dish and sauce/chutney.
The customer service was great, very helpful to help me decide on the dishes and get everything just right.
Everything was delicious and all the guests loved it--Indian and non-Indian alike!
I have not eaten at the restaurant but I highly recommend their cuisine!

This is a very good restaurant. The mulligatawny soup is the best I've had, and the samosas are excellent. All of the dishes I've tried, chicken tikka, maki dahl, many others, have all been terrific. Hard to imagine going wrong.

I have been looking for proper authentic north indian food In the US for 7 years now and this place did not disappoint. The Chicken Bhuna was fantastic , not overly spiced ,not made with similar curry as tikka masala as other indian restaurants do. The garlic naan was soft . Will try again

Pretty place with amazing food and service. The portions are commendable compared to other Nepali/Indian places! eating here means getting embraced in Nepali decor and Indian food!

I went to Ashanti recently during Dine Out Boston and it was soooooooo worth it! You got the most bang for your buck. The food was amazing and the wait staff were gracious.

Their chicken biryani + cheese naan is all I need to be happy some days. Very glad I live within the delivery range of an Indian place this solid; just about every dish I've ordered from here — I usually default to the chicken and paneer options — has been good.

Good food for Dine Out Boston! Only reason it’s not five stars is because the people I was with didn’t like it at all, so opinion seems to vary a lot from person to person.

Hot appetizer platter was 85% fried potatoes. Very strange.
Besides that our meal was amazing. Lamb Vindaloo was delicious. Chicken Tikka masala amazing. Chicken Biryani super flavorful. Garlic Naan was super fresh and perfect. We absolutely enjoyed ourselves.
Prices are fair. Would visit again. Top notch experience.
